The GCA (Greeting Card Association) wants its members to send a ‘deluge of letters’ to their MPs arguing against the proposal to stop mail deliveries on Saturdays.

I figure I would wait for our MP’s initial response before tailoring my letter, so I wrote to our MP saying

Could you kindly tell me what your position is regarding Royal Mail’s request to government to reduce their obligations under the Universal Service Obligation (USO) by moving to a five day week delivery service?
